PRODUCTS

 

On occasion the products that we sell may change, due to a variety of reasons (season changes, availability, cost). We will only make changes if we deem it absolutely necessary. 

 

PRICE AND PAYMENT

The price of our products will be set out on our website and are the ones that are in force at the time we confirm your order. Our prices may change at any time, but price changes will not affect orders that we have confirmed with you.

 

We accept payment on our website by PayPal, Debit and Credit card. Cards accepted are Switch, Visa, Delta, MasterCard, Electron, Solo, Maestro.

You must pay by submitting your credit or debit card details with your Order and we can take payment immediately or otherwise before delivery of the Goods.​

Prices and charges include VAT at the rate applicable at the time of the Order.

 

The prices for the Products exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due at checkout, before you complete your order.

 

It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products we sell may be incorrectly priced. We will normally check prices as part of our despatch procedures so that, where the product’s correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the products to you. If the product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our website, we will contact you and provide you with the option of:

 

• placing a new order at the correct price for the mis-priced item(s);

• cancelling your order for the mis-priced item(s);

• or cancelling the whole of your order.

 

ALCOHOL

 

It is illegal to sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18 years. All orders will be checked to ensure that the buyer of any products containing alcohol are of legal age to do so. You will also be asked to confirm your age at the check-out screen.

 

It is aso illegal to sell alcohol without the correct licenses. Simply Glitz are a responsible seller of alcohol and have invested time and effort into obtaining the correct licences, so our customers have peace of mind buying alcohol legally.

DELIVERY

 

We are not able to guarantee postage times; all stated delivery times are estimations only. There may be factors that affect delivery times, over which Simply Glitz has no control, including Postal delays, breakdowns, weather. Any orders effected by such delays may take as long as 4 weeks to be delivered. Simply Glitz will not be able to take any action on these orders during this time.

 

When Purchasing any item please double check the delivery/postal address is input correctly. Simply Glitz cannot be held liable for the whereabouts of your parcel for orders that have been dispatched where the details have been typed in incorrectly by the customer.

 

Please ensure that you allow sufficient time for your order to arrive in time for a specific date. We strongly advise ordering a minimum of 14 days prior to your required Special date, however some items can take as long as 4 weeks to make. All our items are made to order, and some products may have slight delays due to availability.

 

At busy times, such as Christmas, delivery may be delayed due to several reasons (i.e. high demand, busy delivery periods etc).  We ask for your patience during these times, we work extremely hard to ensure all orders are sent out as fast as we possibly can.

 

PLEASE CHECK THE DELIVERY TIMES YOU HAVE SELECTED BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR ORDER WITH US.

 

All our items are handmade in house by ourselves and this does take time, all items take approximately 8 days to complete and cure, before posting. We do our upmost best to try to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, but occasionally there may be delays due to higher order volumes.

 

If you have received an incorrect item from us, we will always make sure this item is replaced as quickly as possible. We will collect the incorrect item when your correct order is delivered. Please contact us if your order is incorrect on delivery so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Goods can only be delivered to the address of the ordering card. We reserve the right to impose further charges for the storage and/or re-delivery of your order if, through no fault of ours, goods are returned to us due to no one being available to receive the parcel at attempted deliveries.

RETURNS

​

We at Simply Glitz CAN NOT accept returns for exchange or refund on ANY personalised items.

 

All our Products are handmade and as such are deemed to be "bespoke/personalised". This includes both glitter colour choice and personalisation. In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations we are NOT able to accept any item returned to us if you have experienced a change of heart.

On receipt of the goods, you must read and follow the care instructions of the goods, we will not be liable for any misuse or damage as a result of not following these instructions.

 

If you have been delivered a faulty or damaged item, please contact us via our “contact us” page stating your order number, within 5 days from delivery date. We will require photographs of the faulty/damaged goods (and original packaging) to be able to process any request to return goods.

 

Our terms are in compliance with distance selling regulations. Your statutory rights are not affected.

DISCLAIMER

Should any of the products supplied through Simply Glitz become faulty or do not meet the product specifications then please contact Simply Glitz or the manufacture direct. Simply Glitz accepts no liability for faulty products but can provide manufacture information through which the customer can contact to raise their complaint.

 

Simply Glitz accept no responsibility for any accident, injury, expense or damage arising out of or in connection with the products sold, or any defect in them or from any other cause, whether or not any such matter amounts to a fundamental breach of these conditions or contract.

IMAGES

 

The images on our website may from time to time vary slightly in colour to the colour received, this is due to screen resolution and shades. The image will represent the actual product. 

 

PERSONALISED ITEMS

 

When purchasing any personalised item, please check and double check the spelling and grammar, so your item doesn't incur any errors once produced. Simply Glitz cannot be responsible for any errors made by the customer at time of order. Our labels are produced in house and are done so to the highest specification available. If you would like to make a request for a specific label not on our website please contact us and we will do all we can to assist you, however we cannot meet all requests due to various reasons.

 

Once you receive your order, please check it thoroughly. If you receive your order and find an error on a label that has been made by Simply Glitz, please contact us right away and we will get your item replace as quickly as possible.

 

TAX CHARGES

 

Simply Glitz is not V.A.T registered.

 

YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE
